About Us

SearchLite is an executive search service devised by Lucy Deane. She has 25 years of specialist experience in finding, attracting and retaining top talent internationally for her clients.

After completing her LLB Hons and LPC in Law in the 90s, she decided to follow her research interests into the executive search world, where she has enjoyed the impact her work has had on individuals, markets and world-changing innovation ever since.

Having watched the evolving landscape for top-level recruitment, and taken on board the feedback of her clients, she launched SearchLite to create an alternative to the traditional search model that is long-bemoaned as costly and lengthy.

We are now a team of similarly-qualified and equally driven individuals with a common goal, to shape tomorrow.

SearchLite is a product tailored to offer the same executive search process you should be able to expect from any good search firm. Our consultants have long histories in the search field and are specialists at finding and engaging the very best that the market has to offer.

What is different?

Other than a far more attractive fee structure, we have a process that allows you to access our specialist search expertise but then to take control of the in-house interviewing and on-boarding, something most search clients will manage themselves in any case.

We find all the right people; engage them in your company, its products, stories and roles; create an environment of open dialogue; interview thoroughly against your criteria and present the best to you with a profile of their suitability.

We can work direct with the executive team, investor team, hiring team or in-house recruitment team. We work globally and across sectors, with deep experience in all our fields of expertise.
